Issue with HubSpot data push?
- HubSpot data push was working fine, now the data is not pushed at the regular sync interval and even a manual push is done.
Steps to follow if HubSpot data push stops working
When pushing data into HubSpot, the available values on Pronto need to match to the corresponding configured HubSpot instance.
For example the Data source / Push opportunities values in Pronto may need to have a matching value on the HubSpot instance. When a value is missing or incorrect, the newly created opportunities will not push as expected.
Tag as
The tag used when creating a filter should have a 1:1 match on the HubSpot side
Match Custom Values
When matching custom values on Pronto, the mapped value from Pronto needs to match with Hubspot.
Note:
Values in HubSpot are stored in two sections called "LABEL" and "INTERNAL VALUE". The values that are visually seen are the "LABEL" values. When mapping values in Pronto, they need to match values in HubSpot that are the "INTERNAL VALUE". These may or may not have the same values as the "LABEL". The UX only shows the "Label" value and an administrator might be needed to see the internal values on HubSpot.
In the above example you can see that "New Business" is the label value and this is what is shown in the UX. However, the internal value that is referenced in the database, is set to "newbusiness".
When we match values from Pronto, we need to match to the {INTERNAL VALUE} in this case it would be "newbusiness".
