Once BigQuery authorization is complete on Pronto, the next step is perform Data mapping. Once the Data Mapping is completed, we will be able to set the required filters on Pronto to pull data from BigQuery to Pronto.
Note: Before performing Data mapping on Pronto, make sure that the Datasets and the tables have been created on BigQuery to complete the data mapping process. Click here if you need help creating datasets and tables on BigQuery.

Prerequisite:
Note: All the objects need not be mapped. You can map the only those objects from BigQuery for which you would like to see on Pronto.
Steps for mapping BigQuery Objects to Pronto
Accounts
- Login into Pronto and navigate to Settings -> Integrations. Click on View details on the BigQuery integration card.
- Click on the Data mapping tab and you will see a drop drop menu for the Accounts section to map values with BigQuery.
- Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created on BigQuery for Accounts. Once you select the table, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields.
NOTE: System fields represent Pronto’s fields.
- Map the required fields denoted by * and the other fields you would like to map and click on Save. You will see a message that reads "Account fields have been mapped successfully".

Campaigns
- Next click on the Campaigns tab to map the Campaigns, Campaign type and Campaign stage.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Campaigns on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields. - Map the required fields denoted by * and the other fields you would like to map and click on Save. You will see a message that reads "Marketing campaign fields have been mapped successfully"
- Once the Marketing campaign fields mapping is completed, scroll down to the next section to complete the mapping for the Campaign stages.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Campaign stages on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see an other drop-down menu that requires you to choose the BigQuery field. Once you select the appropriate BigQuery field, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields.
Map the system campaign stages to the BigQuery Campaign stages and click on [Save]. Once you click Save, you will see a message that reads "Marketing Campaign stages have been mapped successfully". - Once the Marketing campaign stages mapping is completed, scroll down to the next section to complete the mapping for the Campaign types.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Campaign types on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see an other drop-down menu that requires you to choose the BigQuery field. Once you select the appropriate BigQuery field, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields.
Map the system campaign types to the BigQuery Campaign types and click on [Save]. Once you click Save, you will see a message that reads "Marketing Campaign types have been mapped successfully".

Opportunities
- Next click on the Opportunities tab to map the Opportunities, Opportunity type and Opportunity stage.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Opportunities on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields. - Map the required fields denoted by * and the other fields you would like to map and click on Save. You will see a message that reads "Opportunity fields have been mapped successfully".
- Once the Opportunity fields mapping is completed, scroll down to the next section to complete the mapping for the Opportunity stages.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Opportunity stages on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see an other drop-down menu that requires you to choose the BigQuery field. Once you select the appropriate BigQuery field, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields.
Map the system Opportunity stages to the BigQuery Opportunity stages and click on [Save]. Once you click Save, you will see a message that reads "Opportunity stages have been mapped successfully". - Once the Opportunity stages mapping is completed, scroll down to the next section to complete the mapping for the Opportunity types.

Contacts
- Next click on the Contacts tab to map the Contacts, Contact source and Contact rating.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Contacts on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields. - Map the required fields denoted by * and the other fields you would like to map and click on Save. You will see a message that reads "Contact fields have been mapped successfully".
- Once the Contact fields mapping is completed, scroll down to the next section to complete the mapping for the Contact source.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Contact source on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see an other drop-down menu that requires you to choose the BigQuery field. Once you select the appropriate BigQuery field, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields.
Map the system Contact source to the BigQuery Contact source and click on [Save]. Once you click Save, you will see a message that reads "Contact source have been mapped successfully". - Once the Contact source mapping is completed, scroll down to the next section to complete the mapping for the Contact rating.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Contact rating on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see an other drop-down menu that requires you to choose the BigQuery field. Once you select the appropriate BigQuery field, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields.
Map the system Contact rating to the BigQuery Contact rating and click on [Save]. Once you click Save, you will see a message that reads "Contact rating have been mapped successfully".

Leads
- Next click on the Leads tab to map the Leads, Lead status, Lead source and Lead rating.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Leads on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields. - Map the required fields denoted by * and the other fields you would like to map and click on Save. You will see a message that reads "Lead fields have been mapped successfully".
- Once the Lead fields mapping is completed, scroll down to the next section to complete the mapping for the Contact source.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Lead status on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see an other drop-down menu that requires you to choose the BigQuery field. Once you select the appropriate BigQuery field, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields.
Map the system System lead status cloumn to the BigQuery lead status column and click on [Save]. Once you click Save, you will see a message that reads "Lead status have been mapped successfully". - Once the Lead status mapping is completed, scroll down to the next section to complete the mapping for the Lead source.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Lead source on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see an other drop-down menu that requires you to choose the BigQuery field. Once you select the appropriate BigQuery field, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields.
Map the system System lead source to the BigQuery lead source and click on [Save]. Once you click Save, you will see a message that reads "Lead source have been mapped successfully". - Once the Lead status mapping is completed, scroll down to the next section to complete the mapping for the Lead rating.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the table you created for Lead rating on BigQuery. Once you select the table, you will see an other drop-down menu that requires you to choose the BigQuery field. Once you select the appropriate BigQuery field, you will see a table with the System fields and BigQuery fields.
Map the system Lead rating to the BigQuery Lead rating and click on [Save]. Once you click Save, you will see a message that reads "Lead rating have been mapped successfully".
