Product Bulletin: Unable to publish Xchange after adding a new solution

Symptoms

After adding a new solution and when you try to publish the solution by clicking on the Xchange tab, the

• Partner name is Blank
• Solution name is Blank
• Product drop-down is empty
• Solution Category drop-down is empty
  

Cause

This happens because the the Participant company details are missing.

Resolution

The Participant (partner) company details needs to be added as a workaround.

• To add the Participant company details, on the Ecosystem page, click on the relationship card in which you are trying to add and publish the solution.
• Navigate to Overview - Companies. Click on Add participant company to add details of the partner
  
  
  
  
• Click on Save once all details of the participant company details are added. 
  
  
  
  
• Navigate back to Solutions and click on the newly added solution. Click the XChange tab and when you click on Publish to Xchange, now you should see the Partner name and Solution name populated. 
  
  
  
  
• And if you have the defined the Products and Solution category, you should be able to select the option from the drop-down and publish the solution.
