SYMPTOMS
When logging in to Pronto, if you see
- Pronto spinning logo
- Redirecting back to the login screen after entering the password
RESOLUTION
- Clear cookies from browser
STEPS TO CLEAR COOKIES FROM BROWSER:
- Click on the Lock icon on the Address bar.
- Click on the Cookies option.
- Remove all the Cookies one by one. (Select one by one and click on Remove button)

After clearing all the Cookies, Refresh the page.
For Safari (Mac users only)
- Open a new Safari window and press Safari on the menu bar and click on Preferences.
- In the Preferences menu, click on the Privacy tab and click on Manage Website Data.
- Search for gopronto.io in the search bar.
- Select the given result. Click on the Remove all button.
- Click on the Done button and close the setting panel. Click on Reload button or Refresh the page.
