Enable Data pull once Data mapping is complete
Steps to Enable Data Pull on Pronto
To enable Data pull, toggle the radio button for Pull data from HubSpot. Once enabled, the data will be synced depending on the frequency set. The default sync time is set to 24 hours.
b. You will see the message "Data pull configuration has been enabled successfully".
Import Product(s) from HubSpot to a Relationship
NOTE: Product(s) needs to be imported first from HubSpot at a system level.
To import product(s) from HubSpot, select the respective relationship in the Ecosystem page and navigate to the Products section by clicking on the Configuration option in the sub-navigation.
Click on Add/Remove products.
This will open up a dialogue window with the list of all available products
Select the product(s) that are applicable to this relationship.
Click on Done. This will import the selected Product(s) into this relationship.
Create a HubSpot Data source to import Opportunities
To create a Data Source from HubSpot, select the respective relationship in the Ecosystem page and navigate to the Marketing section by clicking on the Configuration option in the sub-navigation.
Navigate to the bottom of the Opportunity page
Click on Add data source. As HubSpot is integrated into this Pronto instance, you will see HubSpot in the listed options.
Click on the HubSpot icon. This will open a dialogue window to name this data source. Name the data source and click on Save and Continue.
You are navigated into the Data Source page to create a filter to retrieve records from HubSpot related to this relationship. Toggle the radio button for Enable under Pull opportunities and specify the filter criteria.
In this specific example, we are creating a filter for Opportunity which are in the Closed-won stage.i.eOpportunity Stage = Closed-won. Click onSave.
NOTE: More than one filter condition can be added.
Navigate back to Sales to view the newly created Data Source.
Additional actions can be performed on each data source record.
Edit - Edit the data source.
Delete - The deleted data source will not be able to import data into this relationship.
Import Opportunity (Deals) from a HubSpot Data Source
To import opportunities from a Data Source connected to HubSpot, select the respective relationship in the Ecosystem page and navigate to the Opportunity section by clicking on the Sales option in the sub-navigation.
Click on Data Sources in the upper right corner of the Opportunities page.
You will see a pop-up window with the available data sources.
Click on Refresh data. This will fetch all the available records specific to that data source filter.
Create a HubSpot Data source to import Contacts
To create a Data Source from HubSpot, select the respective relationship in the Ecosystem page and navigate to the Contacts section by clicking on the Configuration option in the sub-navigation.

Click on Add data source. As HubSpot is integrated into this Pronto instance, you will see HubSpot in the listed options.
Click on the HubSpot icon. This will open a dialogue window to name this data source. Name the data source and click on Save and Continue.
