Is my data from my excel file visible if it is used to for a dataset?

For security reasons, the data (Excel file) in the Dataset created by the participant company is not available for download or viewable to the Lead company and vice versa to protect the shared data.

If I was invited by another partner, is there any additional cost to use Pronto Insights?

No, there is no additional cost to create Insights on Pronto if you are invited by your partner.

If I have my CRM integrated, can Pronto automatically create Datasets or Insights from my CRM?

As of today, if you have a CRM integrated, you have the ability to pull opportunities, contacts, leads, campaigns. To create Datasets or Insights, you need to upload a dataset on Pronto and create Insights.

Why don't I see the "New Insight" Button?

Only one dataset is uploaded and you need an other one to create an Insight. If you have invited your partner, you can ask your partner to upload the dataset from their end or you can upload two datasets on Pronto and create Insights using the 2 datasets.
