This article outlines a series of steps to do the following:
Create a plan.
Define the basic details of the plan.
Define the Strategic objectives.
Define Goals
- Go to the Ecosystem module and select the Relationship in which you would like to Create a GTM plan.
- Once the Dashboard page loads, click on the Planning tab on the left sub-navigation within the selected Relationship as shown in the screenshot below.
- On the Planning page, click on the Create plan button on the top right of the screen.
- You will see a Create plan pop-up window.
Note: Please note the mandatory fields required denoted by *
a) Provide a Plan name.
b) Select the Start date and End date.
c) Provide a Description.
d) Click on Save and continue. - On the next screen, under Basic details, select the Plan Owner(s).

a) Select the Geographical Regions.
b) Select Products
c) Select Solutions
d) Select Accounts
e) Click on Save under the Basic details section. - Define the Strategic Objectives and set the Status of the Objective to keep track. You can add multiple Objectives by clicking on the link +Add objective. Click on Save once details are input.
Next, define Goals.
a) Select the start date and end date
b) Update the Target Solutions
c) Update the Target revenue generated
d) Update the Target opportunities
e) Update the Target closed-won
f) Click on Save once all details are input. - Once you click on Save, you will see the Planning page defined as shown below.
- When you click the Planning tab on the left sub-navigation, you will be able to see the plan details and other details and can be updated as and when required.
