This article outlines a series of steps to do the following:
- Approve a Partner application
- Deny a Partner application
Pre-requisite:
- Partner onboarding application submitted by a partner
Approve a Partner application
- Once the Partner submits the Partner Application, the parent company will receive an email (as seen below) stating that an application has been submitted.
- The admin can login and click on the “Partner Onboarding” tab on the left main menu to access the applications submitted by different partners. Click on the Application ID to view the application and proceed with further actions.
- To the right of the screen, you will see the Activity section from where the application can be assigned to an Approver.
- Once you click on the Assign button, a window pops-up asking to select the Approver. Select the Approver and click on Assign.
- Once the application is assigned to the Approver by the admin, the Approver needs to take action.
- The Approver can Approve, Decline or click on More to assign the partner application to a different Approver if the Application is out of scope for the current Approver.
- Once the Approver clicks on Approve, a window pops-up.
- When approving the partner application you can also check the box “Create Relationship” to define a new Ecosystem Relationship with the new partner.
