Product Bulletin: Error when uploading excel spreadsheet for Leads or Opportunities

SYMPTOMS

When uploading an excel spreadsheet for Leads or Opportunities, you might see the following error: 

"One or more fields are blank in the imported data"

CAUSE

The excel spreadsheet that you are trying to upload has one or more columns missing the Column heading.

RESOLUTION

Please make sure each column has the column name in the Top Row for the data to map successfully.
