Notes enable users to track meeting participants, discussions and send notifications to attendees. All users can create notes, tag notes to a specific relationship, and also notify attendees. The user who created the note can edit and delete a note. Other users can view the note. You can also forward a note from your email to notes@inbound.gopronto.io, for it to be processed and ready to be tagged to a relationship if you wish to.

Add notes in a relationship
- Login to Pronto and on the Ecosystem landing page, select the Relationship in which you would like to add Notes.
- On the left sub-navigation, click on the Notes menu.
- On the Notes page, if there are no notes added, you will see a blank screen or you will see notes associated to that specific relationship. To start adding notes, click on the Add note button on the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter a Title.
- The next section "Associated with" will be pre-populated with the ecosystem relationship name.
- Select the Attendees or enter the email addresses of non-members.
NOTE: If no attendees are selected, only the user adding the note will have access to the note from the relationship card or from the Notes menu on the left main navigation. - Check the box "Notify all attendees" for an email to be sent out to the attendees. An email notification will be sent to only Pronto users.
- Add detailed Meeting notes in the Notes section.
Note: The email will be sent out to the domain addresses specified on Pronto when Notify all attendees check box is selected. To add or edit domains on Pronto, follow this link here. - You also have an option of attaching a file to the note. Click on the Add file link to attach a file to the note. Select the location from where you would like to upload the file from.
- Click on Save once the file is uploaded, the note will be saved with the attachment as shown in the screenshot below.
- If you have checked the box "Notify all attendees" all the members specified in the Attendees section will receive an email from Pronto as shown below.
The user can click on the View note button to view the note updated in the relationship.
Edit note in a relationship
- Access the Notes menu by clicking on the selected relationship from the Ecosystem landing page.
- On the Notes page, click on the Note which you would like to edit.
- Click on the More actions menu indicated by three dots and click on Edit.
- You can now edit the Title, update your note, specify more Attendees email addresses if you missed any earlier and add a new attachment to the note or delete the existing attachment and Save.
Delete note in a relationship
- Access the Notes menu by clicking on the selected relationship from the Ecosystem landing page.
- On the Notes page, select the Note you would like to delete.
- Click on the More actions menu indicated by three dots and click on Delete.
- On the Delete Note confirmation pop-up, click on Yes.
- The selected note will be deleted. (This action is irreversible). You will see a message to the bottom left "Note has been deleted successfully".
Filter and Sort notes
- On the Notes page, we have an option to filter the notes by the person who created or sort the note in alphabetical and vice-versa order or arrange the new to the top or vice-versa.
Add a note at a tenant level and associate it to a relationship
- Login to Pronto and on the Ecosystem landing page, click on the Notes menu on the left main navigation as shown below.
- On the Notes page, if there are no notes added, you will see a blank screen. To start adding notes, click on the Add note button on the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter a Title. NOTE: If Title is not specified we default it to the tenant name with data and time of note creation.
- If you want to associate the note to a relationship, you can click on the drop-down menu next to Associated with and select the relationship or choose to leave it blank. NOTE: If the relationship is not selected then this note will be unassociated state.
- Select the attendees from a list of Pronto users or enter the email addresses of non-members.
- If you want to save the note to edit later then you can save the notes by clicking on the Save button.
- You can access all the saved notes by clicking the Notes menu on the left main navigation. You can choose to edit or delete the notes and if the note is unassociated with a relationship you can choose to associate the note to a specific relationship.
Send a note from your email
We have an other option to add notes in Pronto. If you do not have access to Pronto momentarily and have to take notes for a meeting, you have the option to send a note from your email to Pronto for you to later edit and associate the note to a relationship.
Draft the meeting minutes and email the note to notes@inbound.gopronto.io. When you click on the Notes menu on the left main navigation, you will see the notes that you sent as an email.
Once you click on the More actions menu and click on Edit, you will be able to Edit the Title, associate the note to a relationship, enter the email addresses of users to whom you would like the email to be sent out, attach any files related to the meeting and click on Save.
This note will now be associated to the specified relationship and will be accessible from the Notes menu from the left main navigation or the note can be accessed by clicking on the specific relationship card to which the note was added and click on the Notes menu on the left sub-navigation to view the note.
