For the joint customer accounts, you have the option to Edit a customer account, Delete a single customer account or delete multiple accounts, Sort, Filter and view the customer accounts in Expanded view.
Edit a Customer account
- Login to Pronto and select the Relationship in which you would like to Edit a customer account.
- Once the Dashboard page loads, click on the Customers tab on the left sub-navigation.
- On the accounts page, hover the mouse over to and click the More actions menu and select Edit for the account you wish to edit.
- Edit the account details and click on Save.
- You will see a message "Account has been saved successfully".
Note: If you have an Opportunity associated to this account you will be able to create one from the accounts page by clicking on the Create opportunity button. To create a new Opportunity, follow this link.
Delete a single customer account
- On the accounts page, hover the mouse over to and click the More actions menu and select Delete for the account you wish to delete.
- Once you click on Delete, you will see a confirmation window. Click on Yes to delete the account.
Note: Make sure before you delete the account as the action is irreversible. - Once you click Yes, the account will get deleted and you will see a confirmation message to the bottom left of the screen "Account has been deleted successfully".
Delete multiple accounts
- On the accounts page, select all the accounts that you want to delete and click on the Delete button.
- Once you click Delete, you will see a confirmation window. Click on Yes to delete the selected accounts.
- The selected accounts will be deleted and you will see a message to the bottom left of the screen that reads "Accounts have been deleted successfully".
Sort Accounts
On the Accounts page, you can sort the Accounts by Account name, Revenue generated, Opportunities, Closed-won and Closed lost.
- To sort the accounts, on the accounts page click on the Sort by icon as shown below and select the option by which you want the accounts to be sorted.
For example: If you want to sort accounts by revenue, click on the Sort by button and select Revenue generated. Pronto will display all the accounts in ascending order.
Filter accounts
On Pronto you have an option to view the Accounts by Type or Owner by selecting the required filter from the drop down menu from the top pane on the Accounts page.
- Filter Accounts by Type
- On the Accounts page, on the top pane, you will see the Filters. Click on the drop-down menu on All types and select the required option to view the selected accounts.
For example: If you select the option Common from the drop-down menu, Pronto will display all accounts that are common between the Lead and the Participant company, similarly for Distinct and New. - Filter Accounts by Owner
- On the Accounts page, on the top pane, you will see the Filters. Click on the drop-down menu on All owners and select the required option to view the selected accounts.
- For example: If you select the option Partner A from the drop-down menu, Pronto will display all accounts created by Partner A. Similarly when you select different owners, Pronto will display all the accounts created by the respective owners.
- Detailed view of Accounts
- To get a detailed view of the Accounts on Pronto, click on the Expand button on the accounts page to view detailed information about an account as shown below.
- Once you click on the Expand button, you will see details of all accounts. You will see the total Opportunities associated with the account - closed-won and closed lost, Account owner(s), Account of, Revenue generated and the Industry.
