This article outlines a series of steps to do the following:
- Filter relationship by Priority
- Filter relationship by relationship Stage
- Filter relationship by relationship Type
- Filter relationship by relationship Status
On Pronto we have an option to view the relationships by Priority, Stage, Type or Status by selecting the required filter from the drop down menu from the top pane on the Ecosystem page.
Filter relationship by Priority
- Login to Pronto and on the Ecosystem landing page on the top pane you will see the Filters.
- To filter the relationships by Priority, click on the drop down arrow next to All priorities menu on the top pane and select the priority(high, medium or low) to view the relationships associated with the selected priority.
- For example if you select the filter as High priority, the Ecosystem page will display all the relationships that are added as High priority relationships.
- Similarly you can select medium or low priority as filter options for Pronto to display the relationships associated with the selected priorities.
- Once you view the needed information, you can click on the link Clear filter, so that the Ecosystem landing page displays all the Active relationships on Pronto.
Filter relationship by relationship Stage
- If you want to filter relationships by Stages, click on the drop down arrow next to All stages menu on the top pane and select the required option for the webpage to display the selected details.
- For example if you select the stage as In-development, the webpage will display all the relationships that are still in the development stage.
- You will see all the relationships that are still in the "In-development" stage and you can take the needed steps to move the relationship to the next level.
- Similarly you can select On-boarding. Pre-revenue or Generating revenue as filter options for Pronto to display the relationships associated with the selected stages.
- Once you view the needed information, you can click on the link Clear filter, so that the Ecosystem landing page displays all the Active relationships on Pronto.
Filter relationship by relationship Type
- If you want to filter relationships by Type, click on the drop down arrow next to All types menu on the top pane and select the required option for the webpage to display the selected details.
- For example if you select the type as Strategic alliance or a type that you custom defined, the webpage will display all the relationships associated to Strategic alliance.
- You will see all the relationships that are added as a Strategic alliance partner.
- Similarly you can select Integration partner, Solution partner, OEM partner or select if you have any custom fields defined as filter options for Pronto to display the relationships associated with the selected stages.
- Once you view the needed information, you can click on the link Clear filter, so that the Ecosystem landing page displays all the Active relationships on Pronto.
Filter relationship by relationship Status
- If you want to filter relationships by Status, click on the drop down arrow next to Active menu on the top pane and select the Archive option for the webpage to display the archived relationships on Pronto.
- You will see all the relationships that were archived by the user or admin.
- Once you view the needed information, you can click on the link Clear filter, so that the Ecosystem landing page displays all the Active relationships on Pronto.
