This article outlines a series of steps to do the following:
Reset password from profile settings page
- Login to Pronto with your login credentials and on the Ecosystem landing page click on the Settings icon on the left main navigation.
- On the Settings page, click on Profile on the left sub-navigation as shown below
- On the Profile settings page, click on the Reset password link that appears below your name.
- On the Reset password pop-up window, type the Current password and provide a New password you wish to use to login.
Quick Tip:
a) Make sure to set a strong password.
b) Follow the instructions provided to set the new password.
c) You will not be able to use your last 5 passwords.
- Once you click on Save, you will receive a confirmation email that you changed your password.
