This article outlines a series of steps to do the following:
Pre-requisite:
Only users with Administrative privilege have access to Pronto Settings and can configure values for default Pronto objects.
Add new values for default Pronto objects
- Login to Pronto with your admin credentials and click on the Settings icon on the main navigation as shown below.
- On the settings page, click on Values on the left sub-navigation.
- On the Values page, you will see the list of Pronto Objects listed. For some objects the default list of values are already provided as per industry standards. You can modify them as per your company guidelines.
- Select the object for which you want to add a value.
For example : Configure values for Products
a) Click on the expand/collapse icon (>) next to Products. To add a new value, click on the Add link.
b) Provide the Name for the new value and click on the Save button (indicated by a blue checkmark).
Please note that you cannot add duplicate values. If the value you are adding already exists in Pronto, you will be notified that the value already exists in the object.
c) Once you save the newly added value, it will show up under the Products section and you will see a message on the bottom right of the screen that reads "Product has been saved successfully".
Edit or Delete existing values
- Locate the value you wish to Edit or Delete. Click on More actions menu (indicated with three vertical dots) and select the relevant option.
- To Edit an existing value, click on Edit, modify the value and click on Save to save your changes.
- To Delete an existing value, click on Delete. A dialogue window appears requesting your confirmation. Click on Yes to confirm it. The value gets deleted.
