This article outlines a series of steps to do the following:
How to update your Profile information on Pronto?
- Login to Pronto and click on the Profile tab on the bottom left of the page as shown in the screenshot below.
- Click on the Profile Settings button as shown below.
- On the Profile page, click on the Edit button and update your Profile Information.
- Click on the Edit icon to upload a Picture or select an Avatar as shown in the screenshot below.
- You will see the updated picture/avatar and you will see the message "Profile has been saved successfully".
How to change the Language on the Pronto tenant?
- To change the platform language, click on the drop-down menu under the Language section.
Note: For documentation, only English is supported.
As of today, you will be able to view Pronto platform in 7 different languages
a. English (Default)
b. Chinese (Simplified)
c. French
d. Italian
e. Japanese
f. Spanish
g. Russian - Once you select a language, you will see a confirmation pop-up. Click on Okay to change the language.
- Once the required fields are updated/edited click on Save.
- Once you click Save, you will see the platform language to the one you selected.
