When replacing the Favicon under Settings/Branding/ an error is thrown for File not Uploaded.
File not uploaded. Please choose file in SVG or ICO format
This happens because the PNG format is not supported on Pronto for favicon.
Convert the image file to a supported image format of .SVG or .ICO.
Steps to change the image format:
- Use a tool to convert the image format from PNG to ICO or SVG
For example you can use a website tool that can changes the format:
- Change the "to:" field to SVG
- Click the [Convert] button
- Next click the [Download] button
- Upload the new .svg file to Pronto
